We build Oracle databases and set up backups based on parameter sheets. Clients can pick and choose the service components they need.

Our services involve the following steps:
- Conducting customer surveys - Choosing parameter values based on parameter sheets - Running tests and reporting the results - Creating simple backup and restore procedures

Our Oracle database configurations use some combination of the following:
- Single Instance, Real Application Clusters (RAC), and High Availability (HA) - Windows, Linux, HP-UX, and Solaris

Our backup configurations use some combination of the following:
- Dell NetVault, Veritas Backup Exec, and EMC Business Copy - Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN)

Oracle Virtualization Services

From single-instance Oracle databases on High Availability virtualization platforms to Oracle RAC, we set up virtualized systems using Oracle VM (or VMware) as follows:

1. 1. Set up Oracle VMs
2. 2. Install Oracle Linux on the Oracle VMs
3. 3. Install Oracle Database software on Oracle Linux
4. 4. Create the databases
5. 5. Migrate data to the new databases
6. 6. Maintain the database servers
