Hands-On Training Services
Client Profile
We help clients that want to reduce operational costs by running their own systems in-house. These clients need training and operating manuals because they do not have any employees in charge of managing their infrastructure.
We also help clients that want project-based training, from infrastructure setup to documentation delivery. For example, these clients may want:
- - project-based training rather than explanations of product features
- - programmers and other non-infrastructure specialists to develop infrastructure deployment skills
- - employees to develop infrastructure deployment skills when using a product for the first time
- - new employees to know the different types of deliverable documentation as well as how to write them
We help clients concerned about How to use database related products (e.g. backup products and databases’ backup features).
